Understanding The Idea of the Project
Our First Step towards doing any project is first understanding what needs to be done. This invloves meeting with the client to explain exactly what needs to be achieved. in doing this, the client will have to answer a few questions like the kind of promo, the targeted audience, just to mention but a few. once this is done. we move on to the next stage which is Idenitfying the Project and knowing what it requires.
Identify the Projects & Its Requirements
Haven known the details of the project, the next point of call is to analyse what will be needed that its; what actually will be required interms of Footages, interview, the quality of equipment to be used, location, amount of people to be interviewed and so on. I must say at this point that every Idea has its own unique features, so we treat an idea based on its goals and what it intends to achieve....once this is done, the next point of call is to conclude on the pricing.
Cost, Payment Plan & Timeline of Delivery
Cost in any project is critical...In as much as we are very professional in our delivery, we are also very affordable. Our motivation is not money or what we can get from our clients but our motivation is to serve with excellence. This cost is determined by what we have identified as the required needs in the previous stage. Here, we dont only talk about the pricing or discounts, we are also very understanding as to allow flexible payment plans for our clients; say two to three instalmental payments. At this stage. we also conclude on the timline of delivery and if possible come up with a Work Break down structure for both parties.
Sourcing For Materials/Footages Required
Haven concluded on the cost as seen in the previous stage, the next point of call is to begin sourcing for materials which may include relevant footages, and if its a project that will require interviews and filming of location, we fix an appointment with prospective characters / interviewee so as to meet with them and get the necessary clips taken. Once this is done, we get to work for likely delivery of the project.
First & Second Delivery
After getting all the materials needed, we get to work and ensure that the exact goal is been achieved. After completing the project, we call on our client for a first presentation just to ensure that all the expectations are met but if there are issues, correction or errors, this would be effected before the final presentation. Job Ccompleted without much hassles.
